Purchase of Cleaned Lingonberries Begins in Mikkeli, Kouvola, Haukivuori, and Buying Truck 6 (Lappeenranta route)

Starting Tuesday, August 26, 2025, we will begin accepting cleaned lingonberries at selected buying stations. Please note that lingonberries must be clearly red – unripe berries cannot be accepted, so keep this in mind when picking. As the lingonberries continue to ripen, we will gradually expand cleaned lingonberry purchases to selected stations across Eastern Finland. Uncleaned lingonberries will be purchased more broadly.

At this stage, we will start buying cleaned lingonberries at the following stations:

• Mikkeli

• Kouvola

• Haukivuori

• Lappeenranta

• Joutseno

• Imatra

• Ruokolahti

• Simpele

In Mikkeli, we are also adding buying days. Starting Wednesday, August 27, purchasing in Mikkeli will also take place on Wednesdays and Sundays, in addition to Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. See detailed information about the Mikkeli buying station here.
