Dalla Valle Oy named Nature Company of the Year 2025

We are delighted to share that Dalla Valle Oy has been named Nature Company of the Year 2025.
The recognition was awarded on 4 November in Lahti by the Finnish Nature Entrepreneurship Network (Suomen luontoyrittäjyysverkosto ry), and the award was received by Lauri Dalla Valle. We are grateful and honoured by this recognition.

30 years in natural products

Dalla Valle Oy has been operating for 30 years, building a nationwide purchasing network for wild mushrooms and berries. The company’s roots lie in the life’s work of our father, Loreno Dalla Valle. Thanks to his dedication, Finnish porcini and other wild products have found their way to international markets. This recognition is also a tribute to his life’s work.

Pickers are our foundation

Harvest seasons vary, but one thing remains constant: the pickers. Their work enables the entire sector. We are grateful to every picker—without you, our operation would lack its foundation. Serving and supporting pickers has been one of our core values from the beginning.

Looking ahead

Natural products follow nature’s rhythm, and raw-material availability varies from year to year. This has made the business demanding—while shaping us into a flexible, responsive operator. We believe strongly in the sector’s future and potential, which calls for collaboration, continuous development and the courage to renew.
