No Porcini Buying at the Moment

We have once again carried out sample quality inspections of porcini mushrooms emerging in different areas. Unfortunately, as the test batches shown in the photos demonstrate, the quality is still too poor for us to begin buying. The situation is the same across all areas.

We will continue to wait and hope that the quality improves as autumn progresses. Therefore, we are currently not buying porcini mushrooms at any of our buying points.

This is an unfortunate and disappointing situation for everyone involved. Let’s hope for cooler weather, sufficient rainfall, and more autumn-like conditions in the coming weeks.
