Fresh Northern milkcap

(lat. Lactarius trivialis) Northern milkcaps are purchased fresh and well cleaned. There can be max 2cm of the leg attached to the cap, but no separate legs are accepted. The caps should be wholes (not cut) and the maximum diameter is around 10 cm. Over aged northern milkcaps are not accepted (those have brown gills and their diameter is big).
